Mashkov Oleg Albertovich is Doctor of Technical Sciences, Professor at the Department of Computing and Automation, Honored Worker of Science and Technology of Ukraine, with a status of a high-achiever of education of Ukraine, Vice-Rector for Scientific Work of the State Ecological Academy of Postgraduate Education and Management.
Education: Kiev Higher Military Aviation Engineering School, specialty automatic electrical and instrumentation of manned aircraft (1974); Adjunct (1977-1980).
In 1986 he defended his thesis for a scientific degree of candidate of technical sciences in the specialty 20.02.14 - Weapons and military technology. In 1990 he was awarded the academic title of Associate Professor at the Department of Computer Science and Automation. He defended his doctoral dissertation in 1992 in the specialty 20.02.12 - military cybernetics, control systems and communications, technical sciences. In 1993 he was awarded the academic title of Professor of the Department of Computer Science and Automation.
Scientific and pedagogical experience: Scientific and pedagogical experience - 46 years. He worked as a researcher, teacher, deputy head of the department, head of the department, professor, vice-rector for scientific work in higher education institutions in Kyiv. He has been working at the State Ecological Academy of Postgraduate Education and Management since March 2012.
He established a scientific school in the field of building functionally stable information and control complexes of complex systems in Ukraine. He trained 10 doctors and 36 candidates of sciences. He is a specialist in the field of the theory of control of complex systems, cybernetics, navigation and control of aerospace systems. Areas of scientific research: problems of constructing functionally stable information and control complexes of mobile objects, environmental monitoring systems, control systems for aerospace systems and unmanned aerial vehicles, systems theory and systems analysis, a systematic approach to managerial decision-making.
